Description
I make these coins almost every week to give to kids in Sunday school at church. Whoever is the teacher that week, sometimes me, can decide to give it to any kid for any reason. I usually give them out for memorizing a Bible verse, leading the class in prayer, knowing Bible trivia, or whatever the Holy Spirit leads me to that week. The kids love them. The other teachers love handing them out.
One side is the week's design. The other side is the logo of our church, One Life Church.
Printer: Ender 3
Filament: Polymaker cold white PLA Pro.
Layer: 0.12mm
Nozzle: 0.4mm
Supports: definitely
See .3mf for all the rest of the settings
I print them standing up because it can be double sided and the details come out much better. Supports are a must. They come off easy enough. If there is a little that sticks I just clean it up with a knife.
If I had a better printer I would probably print at 0.1mm or maybe even 0.08mm. And If I had a 0.2mm nozzle it would probably come out even better. I'm still impressed that the Ender can do these.
Feel free to blank the logo side or put your own church logo on them.
