10 inch rackmount - Ubiquiti Unifi Express 7 router (standalone + modular) (Updated!)

This is a fitted 10" rackmount for the Ubiquiti Unifi Express 7. 

It has cutouts for ventilation, and a bottomless design to accomodate the router without going over 1U in height. 

The fit is fairly tight, but shouldn't be a problem. If using the modular version, I recommend not doing supports in the slots for the modules when printing face down. 

Required hardware: 

Screws and cage nuts that came with your cabinet, nothing else 

Current variations: 

Fitted version for the router, marked and unmarked. 

Fitted version for the router, with two keystones, marked and unmarked with WAN and LAN. 

Fitted version for the router, offset to the side to make room for a 1w module. These can be found in the link below, and contains modules for things like JetKVM, Raspberry Pi's, Unifi surge protector, Keystone passthrough among others, marked and unmarked.

Printing instructions: 

Strength at your discretion. I printed with the following settings: 

• 3 perimeters

• 25% infill

• Gyroid 

• PETG (for heat resistance) 

Print either flat or on its face. Flat should give better structural integrity in terms of layer orientation. I have printed mine standing on it's face in order to get the textured plate pattern on the front. 

Will fit a Prusa MK3/4/Core One if you place it with its face down.
