Vacuum hose universal adapter - Karcher

This adapter is designed for a "universal" hose with an inner diameter of 38 mm and an outer diameter of 47 mm, purchased from the well-known online store we all know. Since the hose doesn't perfectly fit the original Karcher connectors, I modified the ends to make it truly universal.

The system is straightforward: simply screw the threaded cylinder onto the hose (file "Hose Adapter", in this case with a 2 3/8" or 6.033 mm thread), print the ring in two parts, and design the desired output as needed. You can either start from the "Adapter Base" file or create a completely new design from scratch.

The project was created to be printed with a 0.6 mm nozzle and layer eight 0.3mm - PLA.

I'm sharing this project because I believe it's useful—and especially because, not being a professional designer, I'm curious to see what the skilled makers out there can come up with through remixes and customizations.

Questo adattatore è pensato per un tubo "universale" con diametro interno di 38 mm e diametro esterno di 47 mm, acquistato sul noto store online che tutti conosciamo. Poiché il tubo non si adatta perfettamente agli attacchi originali Karcher, ho modificato le estremità per renderlo realmente universale.

Il sistema è semplice: basta avvitare sul tubo il cilindro filettato (file "Hose Adapter", in questo caso con passo da 2 3/8" ovvero 6,033 mm), stampare l'anello in due pezzi e progettare liberamente il tipo di output desiderato. È possibile partire dal file "Adapter Base" o, in alternativa, disegnare un nuovo output da zero.

Il progetto è stato realizzato per essere stampato con un ugello da 0.6 mm e altezza layer da 0.3mm - PLA.

Condivido questo progetto perché lo ritengo utile e, soprattutto, perché non essendo un disegnatore professionista, sono curioso di vedere cosa riusciranno a creare "quelli bravi" con eventuali remix e personalizzazioni.
