Filament Sensor (Endstop switch) Vz-HextrudORT PLUS

I went back to the option with a single 4*2.5 PTFE tube going through. An m2*10 screw is used to fix it. A template for cutting the tube has also been added.

The channel's shape has been changed. A 4*3mm PTFE tube is inserted from above, 4*2 from below (for better access to the gears)

I opted out of a single piece of PTFE tube with a cutout. Now the model uses 2 pieces of PTFE tube

This is the Filament Sensor (limit switch) for Vz-HextrudORT PLUS. I have developed it for use with the PICO MMU. 

BOM:

• 1 steel ball 4.5mm diameter
• 2 screws and nuts M2*10 for switch or 2 screws M2.5*8 and tap for thread (Necessarily!)
• 2 screws M3*8 (1 - 1 tube version)
• 1 screw M2*10 (1 tube version)
• 1 micro switch type KW10-Z0
• PTFE tube:
• 4mm OD, 3mm ID, 4mm OD, 2mm ID (2 tubes version) or 4mm OD, 2.5mm ID (1 tube version)

I recommend you do the 1-tube version - it works perfectly.
