Description
These parts allow you to replace the original Kenwood ones, which become sticky on the toaster after some time.
This is both the turning knob (for heat selection) and the handle to push the toast slices down.
The handle is screwed in, you can unmount it by turning it counter-clockwise. The knob needs a bit of force and maybe a plastic spudger to get it off.
Took a bit of time for tuning the model and figuring out all the details, but finally got it right.
In order to screw in the handle, you may want to preheat the screw with a lighter, so you can more easily screw in the new handle. Needs quite a bit of pressure, still. Maybe use a 3mm drill bit to open it up a bit more.
For the knob, you can re-use the white plastic part in the center of it. It didn't become sticky in our case.
Printed it with Bambu PLA Metal dark grey and 0.12mm layer height on 0.4mm nozzle. Came out really nice! No supports needed. Recommendation: set slicer to concentric patterns and use an engineering plate without structure, so optics are a bit nicer.
Fusion files are included, in case you want / need to modify it a bit more.
