Simplified Circular Sundial Base (remix)

This is a simplified of the circular mounting base for heliochronometers.

It allows one to mount the sundial to a head leveling base or tripod ball to greatly simplify leveling.  

You will need to thread the base with a ¼"-20 UNC tap to screw in a standard tripod ball or leveling head bolt.
