For Ball, Dome and Pyramid Markers use the “Add Pause” function in your slicer to get the magnets inside your parts without glue. For the Bar Marker just use superglue, because it would be a pain in the ass to pause the print and insert magnets 12 times. 

When inserting or gluing the magnets, be sure to do that at the right orientation, so that the Marker Blocks don't repel each other from the Bar. For instance at the Ball, Dome and Pyramid Marker N-pole facing downwards/outwards and at the Bar Marker the S-pole of the magnet facing outwards.

Beside the .STL files for the Marker Blocks using Ø8x2 mm, Ø10x1 mm Ø10x1,5 mm and Ø10x2 mm magnets, I also uploaded the .STEP files, so you can adjust and print these for different magnet sizes or without magnets at all. The .STEP files include points for the magnet positions.
