Description
UPDATE: 03/12/25 - I've edited the model to now be 70 degrees and mount the camera further back. I was finding that with the lens screwed out it was catching the tool head when it was in the back left corner. While 70 degrees isn't ideal ( you lose view of the back right slightly), it does stop the risk of a collision.
ORIGINAL: This mount will hold a usb camera module at 60 degrees in a Voron 0. The second picture shows the module I used with the dimensions. My camera is set to 1920x1080 resolution and is the wide angle (110 degree) variant. If you leave the camera at the default resolution of 640x480 you may not get a full view of the bed. I have also used 1280x720 and that worked fine.
Print settings:
Use ABS or ASA and print in the orientation provided, no supports are needed. I used a layer height of 0.15mm but it should be fine at others. For infill I used 20% cubic, but again, it shouldn't matter what you use.
Mounting hardware:
2x m2.5 bolts to mount the camera to the bracket. PLEASE NOTE: there is a surface mount component very close to one of the screw holes on the module, make sure your bolt doesn't touch it. The holes in the bracket are sized to allow you to easily thread the bolt in.
2x m3 nuts and bolts to mount the bracket to the extrusion. Pass the bolt through the bracket, then loosely put on the nuts and slide the nuts down into extrusion, then tighten the bolts.

I've included the f3d and step files in case anyone wants to modify my design.
