MMU2 Festo Holder 1-piece M6 & M10

2018-11-02 - Updated the files I've received my MMU2 kit and found the holders are a bit too long - the rubber feet of the spool holder were not touching down anymore, it was resting on my holder. I've reduced the lip that snaps the holder in place by 1.5mm and that seems to do the trick.

I've also added a version with M10x0.90 thread (since the connectors I got in the meantime have that thread).

I liked the other remix by StvPtrsn but I have several PC4-M6 connectors here, so I wanted to keep the M6 threads...

Basically I combined the two parts and removed anything standing over...
