Dual Pico Hotend Carirage Adapter (FFCP, Dup4,etc)

Dual Pico Hotend Carirage Adapter designed for the Flashforge Creator Pro & Duplicator 4 3D printers but should also fit Replicator and other Replicator clone printers.

UPDATE: 02JAN17-added a cutout for the Pico hotend wires so they are not pinched when bolting the Pico hotend adapter together. I still need to add reliefs for the fan wires and add a sliding groove to the lower fan block off STL so it doesn't fall out of place so easily. 01JAN17- printing a MK5 extruder carriage and will be printing the DualPico shortly after. I will post up my make and instructions asap! 17APR16- I was finally able to order a pair of groove-mount adapters from B3, so I will post the next revision very soon and before long I will have a pair of Pico hotends on either my Duplicator 4 or my Creator Pro. 02APR16- sadly the flat-mount plate does not line up so I am waiting until I get a set of groove-mounts before I remodel this design (I removed the file, read update above)

Do not print "Dual_Pico_Carriage_Mockup.stl" file, it is for design assembly reference only!

This version utilizes the aluminum "cooling bar" to reduce the amount of extra hardware needed if the cooling bar is omitted from this design. I have yet to figure out a dual-fan design so I am hoping running 2 fans per hotend won't overload the printer but I doubt that will be an issue considering how little amps the fans require.

Works with groove-mounts.

Printing now and will post pics soon! I recommend using a "helper disc" at the corners to prevent warping/peeling of the print as it is quite thick on the bottom. I have included a small helper disc .stl file for those who don't have one already (these are found in MakerWare, at least they used to be, not sure anymore)

Oh and thanks to @DepthDesign3D for sharing your E3D hotend carriage/adapter...I have been working on a Pico hotend mount design mentally for a long time and after seeing your design, I was able to come up with what you see here.
