MiSTer Consoles Adapter Case for TTY2OLED

Simple standalone case design for the special TTY2OLED adapter PCB from MiSTer Consoles.  Uses 4x M3 cap screws (anything 10mm or longer should be fine), prints without supports in the default orientation.  M3 screws will thread directly into the bosses.  Faceplate has a sacrificial layer to support screw holes during print.
