Description

This is not an easy print. Your printer MUST be dialed in well.

If you aren’t sure about your printers tolerance abilities, print this first- https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/127569-s-shaped-tolerance-test-01-04mm-in-002mm-increment

MUST BE PRINTED WITH 0.2MM LAYER HEIGHT. (If you want better quality, use 0.1mm or 0.05mm but it is unnecessary)

This is an update to my functional and working 608 bearing design. I improved every aspect I could think of so that it would function and print optimally. If your printer is dialed in correctly you should be able to use these within a minute of printing them.

Cheers.

Drew.

Rolled out on carpet-https://youtu.be/MU5ZlriX3tk

Spin Test-

Print Settings-

1- Must have perfect first layer.

2- Must be able to print 0.2mm tolerance

3- Must print with 0.2mm layer height.

4- Must print with a brim. (unless you trust your printer)

5- Must use random z-seam

6- Must use 0.4mm nozzle

7- Minimum 2 Walls.

8- 0% Infill

Post-Printing

BREAK. IT. IN.

Cant emphasize this enough.

It will spin amazing, but ONLY after you break it in. After printing, “break” the wheels out, then break in the bearing by rolling it on the carpet etc for like 30 seconds for the filament to wear down imperfections.
