Maglev Fidget

This maglev fidget uses the opposing force between two magnets to respond when the end buttons are pressed inwards.

Requires two magnets approximately 15 mm to 18 mm diameter and 2 mm to 3 mm in thickness.

The .3mf and/or .bgode files can be used to print the body and two end buttons.  The body requires supports.  The recommended organic tree supports are used in the attached files.

Assembly:

1. Print the body and two end buttons in PLA or similar.
2. Determine the opposing poles of the two magnets.
3. Slide one magnet into one end of the body.
4. Slide the second magnet with the same pole facing inward as the first magnet into the other end of the body.
5. Push each button into the ends of the body with the ramps appropriately oriented until they snap in place, securing the magnets within the body.  Some light sanding of the ramps on the end buttons may be required to snap in place depending on tolerances.

Operation:

With thumb and a finger, press each end button inward repeatedly.  If the magnets are oriented properly, they will provide an opposing force outwards.
