Description
After mounting a 350mm linear rail on my Eryone Thinker SE I noticed that the original x endstop was too far from the rail to be used. Furthermore, after mounting a stealthburner toolhead with ebb36 pcb, I noticed that moving the carriage too far left or right would make the pcb collide with the z vertical extrusions. For this reason I came up with two simple carriage stoppers that protrude into the linear rail to the proper position, allowing for sensorless x homing and avoiding any collision with the frame.
The left stopper works with any setup, whereas the right stopper is designed to go on top of a belt tensioner, specifically this one. The right stopper could also be mounted directly over the extrusion, since the bolt holes align with existing ones, it will just protrude less.

1 M3x8 (bhcs preferred)
2 M4x?. 4mm longer than the ones you already have mounted there will be fine. Use any bolt head you have available
I suggest mounting the right stopepr first, then the linear rail, then the left stopper, for best alignment. Print in any material of your choice if you don't plan on enclosing the printer, or ABS/ASA otherwise
The stealthburner mount is from this project
