RandCo Fobulous USBA Flash drive holder

When I'm traveling I like to carry as USB flash drive with certain tools such as a bootable OS and selected travel information in case of emergency.

I was unable to find a solution that was not obviously a USB flash drive, so I designed a key ring fob, made of flexible TPU, that can discretely and securely hold a small USB flash drive. The particular flash drive I have is a Samsung 128G. Other drives may or may not fit this profile.

Print details

1. I printed on an OPXL5H, .4 nozzles, .20 soluble interface, input shaper, 3 perimeters, 15% gyroid infill, snug supports .5mm from edge
2. I used GiantArm TPU for the fob and Polymaker PLA for support. I've found the pair work pretty well together. I didn't use a wipe tower as each filament has it's own nextruder.
3. I reduced speeds for first layer and support interfaces to ensure better surfaces between the TPU and support solid fill. Sometimes, with faster speeds either/or the TPU and PLA may not adhere well and you get stringing and rough surfaces.
