Description
I was inspired by this case, which unlike the full size cases allows the vents on the back of the Ninja to breathe, but the Crucial MX500 that I have didn't have the same board layout. This also keeps the original chassis as a heatsink which this drive relies on.
Assembly requires disassembling the SSD then cutting the metal enclosure. I cut the enclosure to be 45mm deep then reassembled the SSD with the original thermal pad. The SSD requires 2 standard mounting screws which are countersunk M3-.50x6mm screws.
