Clamping Sleeve for Voron/Monolith pulley dehubbing tool

A simple clamping sleeve that is sized 0.4mm wider than the Voron/Monolith pulley dehubbing tool. 

The model length (Z length) is 39mm but I actually printed it 25mm long. I also enlarged the opening because my initial print (0.2mm wider than the tool) was very tight. If this is too tight/loose, just scale the model proportionally in both X and Y.

Printed in ABS with Voron standard settings; ends up being pretty much 100% solid print.
