Description
A short front fender for my emtb with 27,5" wheels.
Bracket printed in PETG CF, normal PETG should be enough. Mounted to fork with two M3x16 screws(I used cylender hex head DIN 912) and a big washer (~9mm outside diameter).
Bracket is designed for M4 inserts and ISO 7380-2 screws (length 8-10mm), step file is available for easier editing in CAD. Or let me know If you need a variant with hex nuts. Thread locker recommended.
Fender itself was printed in Extrudr Flex hard CF, hard TPU is recommended.
