Biqu H2 Mount for Longer/Alfawise Printers

UPDATE 18-FEB-2022: Updated the design to V2, the bottom roller mounting nut/bolt no longer mounts to the H2 Mount. The original design prevented the necessary movement for the eccentric nut causing roller tightening to be a problem. Depending on the length of the bolts that came with your x carriage you may need to put a washer between the head and wheel for the bottom roller so that the bolt does not protrude into the space where the H2 sits.

This mount was developed as the other adapter available on Thingiverse allowed for a lot of flex. This mount provides additional gussets and also mounts to the fan mounting holes to better secure the H2.

All original factory bolts and nuts from the printer are to be reused. All additional necessary screws come with the Biqu H2.

The H2 is mounted via 2 screws from the back, 2 from the top, and the 2 fan mounting screws. The adapter is mounted to the X Carriage using the original bolts from the printer.

The cable management also comes with holes for 3mm zip ties.

Note: While the M3x18 mm bolts for the original H2 fan mount can be used it is recommended to switch over to M3x20 for better thread engagement.
