F16 Throttle

- I use and HatSwitch to Coms 1_Alt_hatswitcih
-Add collar to lock well the Shell shell 3_collar_ManRNGUncage-Knob
- Rebuil tha BASE and the cover in 5 Panels, easy to print and to customize them.
-In the Base i Just added a different Arduino board postition. Pices start N8
-HANDB , add a tooth to lock well the Shell
-Rod parts i add some interference and two insert pins to center the movments and fix the AB lock.

There also two panel that i print excavated text, jut ready 4 F16 Falcon4
