Cube Longtail Auer Eurobox Halter 60x40x20

Da der Aufsatz für den Cube Longtail Gepäckträger etwas größer ist als die Auer Eurobox 60x40x20, rutschte und klapperte die Box beim fahren. 

Ich habe mir damit geholfen, das ich Abstandshalter entworfen habe. 4 Stück für die Seiten, und 2 für hinten. Vorne liegt die Box am Aufsatz an.

Es gibt 2 Versionen, eine mit Einschmelzgewinde, und eine mit Bohrung.

Für die Version mit Einschmelzgewinde passen 6 Schrauben M5 x 12, und 6 Unterlegscheiben 5,3x15 mm.

Für die mit Bohrung, 6 Schrauben M5 x 16 ( M5 x 20 passen auch ), 12 Unterlegscheiben 5,3 x15, und 6 Stopmuttern M5.

Die Abstandshalter passen optimal für die Auer Eurobox. Für andere Boxen eventuell skalieren. Dabei aber darauf achten, das die Bohrungen ihre Größen beibehalten.

Since the attachment for the Cube Longtail rack is slightly larger than the Auer Eurobox 60x40x20, the box slipped and rattled while riding.

I helped myself by designing spacers. 4 for the sides and 2 for the rear. The front of the box rests against the attachment.

There are two versions: one with a fused thread and one with a hole.

For the version with a fused thread, you need 6 M5 x 12 screws and 6 5.3x15 mm washers.

For the version with a hole, you need 6 M5 x 16 screws (M5 x 20 also fits), 12 5.3x15 mm washers, and 6 M5 lock nuts.

The spacers are a perfect fit for the Auer Eurobox. You may need to scale them for other boxes, but make sure the holes remain the same size.
