Tefillin House - Basic Structure - Basic Template for Your Use - בית תפילין - מבנה בסיסי - תבנית בסיסית לשימושכם

I have prepared a template for tefillin houses here (the size of the tefillin that will fit the template offered here must be smaller than 39.6 mm (including the hand tefillin cover)).
The STL was built for your use - so that everyone can design their own tefillin (the STL is minimal and without issues) so that each of you can paste your design onto the houses without any problems with editing software like Blender.

I printed one example of head tefillin to prove the correctness and accuracy of the model I designed.

Although the idea for the structure was taken from https://www.printables.com/model/574707-beit-hamikdash-tefillin - but nothing other than the design idea was taken but was designed entirely by me using Blender (unlike my previous project).

I also added improvements such as 2 hinges for the stability of the upper and lower parts of the tefillin house.
On this basis I hope to release some new Tefillin houses.

The printing I present here was done in the Prusa Slicer (Prusa MK4S) software with supporters everywhere, default precision (0.2 mm), default speed. It came out accurate.

הכנתי פה תבנית בתים של תפילין (מידת התפילין שתתאים לתבנית המוצעת כאן צריכה להיות קטנה מ39.6 ממ (כולל כיסוי תפילין של יד)).
הSTL נבנה לשימושכם - כך כל אחד יוכל לעצב לעצמו תפילין (הSTL מינימאלי ובלי issues) כך כל אחד ממכם יוכל להדביק על הבתים את העיצוב שלו ללא בעיה עם תוכנות עריכה כמו blender.

הדפבתי דוגמא אחת של תפילין של ראש בשביל להוכיח נכונות ודיוק המודל שעיצבתי.

אמנם הרעיון למבנה נלקח מ https://www.printables.com/model/574707-beit-hamikdash-tefillin - אבל שום דבר מלבד הרעיון העיצובי לא נלקח אלא עוצב לחלוטין על ידי באמצעות תוכנת blender (להבדיל מהפרוייקט הקודם שלי).

כמו כן הוספתי שיפורים כמו 2 צירים ליציבות החלק העליון והתחתון של בית התפילין.
על הבסיס הזה אני מקווה לשחרר כמה בתי תפילין מעוצהים חדשים.

ההדפבה שאני מציג כאן נעשתה בתוכנת prusa slicer (prusa mk4s) עם supporters everywhere , דיוק default (0.2 ממ) , מהירות default. יצא מדוייק.
