Description
This GE Profile Refrigerator Door Shelf replaces a broken or missing door shelf on a GE Profile French Door Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator - or it can be used as an extra door shelf. Â It's designed for Model numbers starting with "PFS22", but it may fit other GE Refrigerator models (not tested).
This design is provided in four parts so that it can be printed on most 3D printers (such as a Prusa MK4).
Super glue (or similar) must be used to glue the left and right sides of the Tray together.
Two 2.5mm (~3/32") diameter by 20-24mm (~7/8") long metal dowels must be inserted into the left and right sides of the Shelf, then super glue (or similar) must be used to glue the left and right sides of the Shelf together. Â Instead of dowels (which can be pricey), you can cut an 8d (2 1/2" long) nail into two 20-24mm sections to use instead - as seen in the following photo:
Once the super glue has dried, drop the shelf into the refrigerator door as seen in the following photo - I suggest applying some white or clear RTV silicone adhesive on the Shelf ends to keep it securely in place:
The last step is to drop the Tray into the Shelf; it can be (but doesn't have to be) glued in place with either super glue or RTV silicone adhesive.
The following photo shows the completed GE Profile Refrigerator Door Shelf being used...
I have provided STEP (.stp) files to allow modifications to my design.
PrusaSlicer 3MF files have been provided for PLA. Â This design can be printed in PETG instead.
G-code files have been provided for the Original Prusa MK4 for PLA.
The GE Profile Refrigerator Door Shelf seen in the photos was printed with FilaCube White PLA with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm layer height with a 15% gyroid infill. Â Supports are not needed.
