Extruder "Bell" for Creality Hi Cable Chain

Replaces the extruder side end piece from the original model.
There's an option with extension for PTFE tube and one without. 

An extra link is needed on the chain. Preferably use the one without mobility limiters/tabs to allow the cable fully extend (included in this remix). I also replaced the last link on the arm end.

Only the remixed piece is included in the remix, get the other ones from the original (normal chain link and arm end piece).
