Description
I printed this model in PLA at 100% infill since these are constantly exposed to fairly high air pressure within the positive air chamber of the fork. Air leakage into inner voids of the 3D print would negate the entire reason for having a volume spacer. I believe another maker said they used 15% infill but upped the number of wall loops to 3 or 4 to reduce the chance of air leakage into the inner voids. I tested the version uploaded and it clicks together properly centered with a Fox 36 topcap and both sides of OEM spacers. It still doesn't click together as well as the OEM ones and could probably still use some tweaking.
Use at your own risk as improperly sized or incorrectly installed volume spacers WILL damage your fork and COULD cause serious injury!
