Dance Duffel Garment Rack Connector

Description

Daughter broke the original connector and needed a quick replacement before the next competition. Slides in with a good friction fit and still able to remove the bar for stowing. 

Should fit any current Dream Duffel bag built after 2018.

Printing:

This first iteration was printed in PLA+ to test fit and it seems to be holding up ok so far. If it does break, printing on its side so the layer lines are vertical to the piece's final orientation may increase its shear strength and a stronger material may enhance durability. 

• Material: PLA+ or any other standard 3D printing filament PETG or ABS may be stronger.
• Layer Height: 0.2mm.
• Walls/Top/Bottom: 4
• Infill: 50% Gyroid, though there isn't much infill as it is mostly taken up with the walls
• Supports: Touching baseplate

Assembly Instructions:

1. Remove screw from existing connector (save for re installation)
2. Remove old connector pieces from telescoping pole and cross bar (push through from other side using a long dowel)
3. Push new connector on telescoping pole and reinsert screw ensuring it traps the telescope release button
