Reparatursets für Türeinsatz Siemens Bosch Kühlschrank, Repair kits for door insert Siemens Bosch refrigerator

Ihr habt einen Kühlschrank  der Marken Siemens, Bosch bzw. B/S/H und die Türfächer hängen schief oder lassen sich gar nicht mehr einhängen? Dann ist wahrscheinlich ein nur 1,3 mm dünner Steg im Türeinsatz gebrochen. Wenn es jetzt schlecht läuft bricht der ganze Einsatz aus.

Dieser einfache Reparatur- bzw. Vorsorgeeinsatz verhindert das sicher. Das folgende Bild zeigt meine fünf Türeinsätze. Vier davon waren bereits angebrochen, zwei davon hingen deswegen schief in der Tür.

Es ist nicht notwendig einen kompletten neuen Türeinsatz zu drucken oder gar teuer zu kaufen. 10g PETG Filament und der hier vorgestellte Reparatursatz ist in 30 Minuten mit 100% Infill gedruckt.

Für jede Schublade gibt es ein linkes und ein rechtes Teil. Es wird einfach in das Profil des einsatzes gedrückt. Wer will kann kleben, das ist aber nicht notwendig, das der Einsatz stabil sitzt und nicht herausfallen kann, solange der Einsatz in der Tür steckt.

Es gibt 2 Typen: Den Standardtyp und den Typ für das Butterfach. Für meinen Kühlschrank benötige ich 4 Standard Paare und ein Butterfach Paar.

Ich habe den Einsatz prophylaktisch auch in nicht gebrochene Türeinsätze eingesetzt

Kompatibilität

Die E-Nummer meiner Kühl-Gefrierkombination lautet KA58NA70/04 der Typ heißt FD8601. Ich vermute, dass die Einsätze aber in viele unterschiedliche Typen von Bosch Siemens Kühlgeräten passt. Hier die Maße der Profile, auf denen mein Einsatz beruht:

Die Druckdatei enthält einen kompletten Satz für alle für alle Türeinsätze inklusive dem Butterfach. Wenn ihr weniger benötigt, löscht einfach die überschüssigen Teile, wobei ich selbst auch die noch intakten Türeinsätze mit dem Repair Kits versehen habe, da diese das Fach verstärken

Do you have a Siemens, Bosch or B/S/H refrigerator and the door compartments are crooked or can no longer be hung in at all? Then a 1.3 mm thin bar in the door insert is probably broken. If things go badly, the whole insert will break out.

This simple repair or prevention insert will certainly prevent this. The following picture shows my five door inserts. Four of them were already broken and two of them were hanging crookedly in the door.

It is not necessary to print a completely new door insert or even buy an expensive one. 10g PETG filament and the repair kit presented here is printed in 30 minutes with 100% infill.

There is a left and a right part for each drawer. It is simply pressed into the profile of the insert. If you want, you can glue it in place, but this is not necessary as the insert sits securely and cannot fall out as long as the insert is in the door.

There are 2 types: The standard type and the butter compartment type. For my fridge I need 4 standard pairs and one butter compartment pair.

I have also inserted the insert into unbroken door inserts as a precautionary measure

Compatibility

The E-number of my fridge-freezer is KA58NA70/04 and the type is FD8601. However, I suspect that the inserts will fit into many different types of Bosch Siemens refrigerators. Here are the dimensions of the profiles on which my insert is based:
 

If the dimensions are plausible, you can try the print. Please leave a comment telling us which fridge the model fits, even if it doesn't fit. It is best to leave the E-number and the type.  Many thanks in advance

The print file contains a complete set for all door inserts including the butter compartment. If you need less, simply delete the excess parts, although I have also added the repair kits to the door inserts that are still intact, as these reinforce the compartment
