Harbor Freight Cargo Bar Replacement Handle

Update 6/26/2025: There is a new V7 that uses a M3 bolt through the center pivot hole, since the plastic alone isn't strong enough.

Print it in the current orientation and use supports. This puts the layer lines in a stronger direction.

Drill out the rivet on the old handle and to assemble the new one using an M4 bolt, the original washer, and a M4 lock nut.

Print at a 0.16 mm layer height with 100% infill in ABS
