Roller Shade Replacement Lower Mounts

These are replacement lower mounts for a roller shade.  Several of mine had cracked so the bottom of the shades were flappin in the wind.  After seeing how much better these held the shades, I ended up swapping all of the flimsy stock lower mounts with these.  They seem like they will hold up better.  The roller blinds these are designed to fit have a “barrel" or tube which is 32mm in diameter.

Included is a 2 sided mount, and a flat (wall) mount.  The 2 sided mount will probably need to be scaled to fit a particular installation.  The 2 sided mount has 12.9mm between rollers.  The flat mount is 10mm thick, with three approx 5mm holes for mounting.

I recommend using PETG for these, since PLA is not as good for outdoor use, and ABS may be too brittle.  But use your best judgement and experience to determine what to use.  The Bambu Studio 3mf profile is set up with all the parts, and the settings which I used to print them.
