AUKEY RGB Touch Lamp Adapted - Moon Lamp

I reverse engineered the AUKEY Table lamp adapter pattern and put it on the bottom of the moon.  The moon now mounts into the AUKEY lamp, and can have multiple RGB colors or bright nesses…. the AUKEY Lamp base is sturdy and supports the moon nicely.

I included a small test fit adapter print - so you can ensure it's compatible with your AUKEY lamp base before you print the whole thing.

Installation Instructions: 

• Remove the rubber bottom on the AUKEY lamp base, there are screws underneath it 
• remove the screws
• gently start to separate the base, noting there is a copper capacitive coil that will need to be gentle disassembled (don't just rip it apart)
• The lamp top easily removes (white cylinder) - this won't be reused, the moon replaces it
• The silver outer sleeve easily slides off (touch part)
• The inner housing is plastic, and you will ‘rock out\rock in’ the plastic tabs here to get this to connect.

I took some photos of it disassembled in the order it works ("exploded view").
