BB LOADER

BB Loader is a dedicated upgrade cap designed to replace the stock cap on Blaster ASG BB bottles. The original manufacturer’s cap offers no narrowing or guidance when pouring BBs, which leads to substantial spillage and frustration during fast reloads. BB Loader solves this problem with a precision-designed nozzle, optimized for transferring BBs directly into speedloaders or magazines with minimal loss.

This version features:

Symmetrical thread compatibility with standard Blaster ASG bottles (dual-start thread for quick fastening).

Integrated tapered nozzle with a refined geometry that significantly reduces spillage.

Anti-slip grip grooves for easy tightening and loosening, even with gloves.

Engraved “BB LOADER” label in a raw, futuristic typeface—function meets style.

Flow-optimized BB channel featuring a 5-petal interior cutout design that minimizes jamming. Even if BBs hesitate, a light shake sets them flowing again.

Snap-fit dust cap: The stopper is inserted tightly into the nozzle—after light sanding it goes in and out smoothly, yet stays secure even under BB weight. This solution avoids modifying the internal BB path, which was critical due to past jamming issues.

Retention loop between the cap and loader—connectable via cord, rubber band, or keychain chain—prevents loss and also aids in pulling the stopper out.

This version was tested and refined through multiple prints and field use. The tight-fit cap was chosen over a twist-lock version after testing showed more reliable performance without compromising BB flow. Light sanding of the stopper ensures optimal balance between retention and ease of use.
