Repair handle for tensioning handle, clamping handle Spanngriff

The new handle was designed to be more ergonical in terms of girp.

This version was fixed with a insert - and a a split but can be used in principle for a rount shaft with a diameter of 13 mm / can be enlarged by mechanical reworking if necessary- the depth of the front bore is 25 mm

Would recommend a perimeter of 3 

I have also used a layer height of 0.2 mm

So far the handle works again - lets see what the future brings :-)
