Adjustable Spool for Filament Refills

This adjustable spool is loosely based on Felix’s design:

with substantial modifications.

The basic 60mm wide model is simple with only 5 different plastic parts (you will need multiples of most) and a few screws and nuts.

This spool should work no matter the diameter of the center of your filament. The center bars slide in or out to accommodate.

I have also included a simple, snap-in-place filament clip that can remain in place even while printing.

I have included instructions in a separate PDF file.

NOTE: I have changed the design of all of these parts since I first posted this model so I have replaced the old parts.
