********* UPDATE 28th March 2026 ********
New nozzle design that has a cone inside the threaded hole that punctures the glue tube and seals around the glue collar. This means no more glue leaking from the threads ... now makes a perfect seal just like the OEM's.
To make printing easy the break away supports are part of the model now. Once printed put a paperclip into the bottom of the tube and break away the support. It's then ready to screw on.
Better seal with clean nozzle and cap pushed firmly on the nozzle allows the glue to not dry and block nozzle ... I now get the use of all the tube even after months of being open.
Old nozzle model retired as this one is so much better ...
Print them by object for best results ... they are short enough for Orca Slicer on the X1C to print 9 on a plate at once easily.
******************************************************************
Small 1 mm internal diameter nozzle for small superglue tubes.
Includes a cap to go over it to keep it air tight.
After use, QUICKLY clean off glue on nozzle with tissue and then perform a slight burp to pull glue in the nozzle down into the tube then apply the cap firmly.
If done properly you can then remove cap and reuse glue. Hint wipe off all glue on the outside of the nozzle and lightly squeeze the bottom of the tube at the end to make it suck some of the glue back down so it doesn't ooze. Then clean the nozzle again, especially at the tip (careful of that ooze), and then recap the nozzle. Stand the tube vertically, nozzle facing up. As long as there is no glue on the nozzle surfaces or inside the cap you can use the tube many times by just uncapping and then following the same procedure before recapping it. I can get 10 or twenty uses of a tube over months like this ... perfect for a little drop here or there.
Printed in plain old PLA. Also included a PETG cap wrench to assist in removal of cap if it gets stuck.
Infill default OrcaSlicer values … 20% I think … other slicer values default other than print by object rather than layer.
I couldn't find any other models for tubes this small so ended up making my own as I kept running out of the supplied nozzles and caps before I had used up all the tubes of glue.
I printed on Bambu X1C using OrcaSlicer using Print By Object to print each of the 16 nozzles on the bed one at a time.
Quick trick I found on YT to stop the nozzle sticking to the glue threads or the cap sticking to the nozzle …
