Raspberry Pi 5 Case (Improved for FDM Printing)

This Pi 5 case is a cutting-edge slim case tailored for the Raspberry Pi 5, housing a premium Noctua 4010 5V fan. This sleek enclosure ensures optimal cooling efficiency and sleek aesthetics, without losing the functionality of your Raspberry Pi 5 by still having access to all the ports and connectors, safeguarding your Pi 5 from overheating while maintaining a compact footprint.

It was designed to use M2.5 screws to assemble all the parts together and M3 screws to attach the Noctua fan to the top part.

Hardware Requirements (From original model)

• Noctua 4010 5V Fan (Noctua NF-A4X10 5V)
• 3 x JST 2.54mm Dupont 1X1 Housing & 3X Female Pin Connector
• SN-28B Crimping tool for JST Dupont connectors
• 4 x M2.5 Nuts &  4X M2.5x12mm Screws
• 4 x M3 Nuts & 4X M3x16mm Screws

Printing Instructions (From original model)

• Print with a Nozzle Diameter NOT Bigger than 0.4mm (note that the printed parts in the pictures were printed with a 0.25mm nozzle at 0.15mm layer height Without Input Shaper and with a Gyroid Infill of 20%)
• We Recommend to Print with a Layer Height Not Higher than 0.25mm
• We Recommend at least 10% Infill In the Gyroid Pattern
• We Recommend Printing it with PETG, ABS, ASA etc… if you are going leave it running for a long time in hot environments
