Description
These Bullet Drop Dies use 3 standard BBs. Included is an connector for the output tube from the Frankford Arsenal X-10 bullet collator to the drop die. Others use rubber bands, but I use springs and screws. M3 Hex Nuts (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09WVHV6SD) Springs (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B9BDRK25) Print with no supports. Tested with most of the usual grains and lengths. Designed to work with this 12V optical cut off switch for bullet collators https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7000946 45 ACP bullets are too big for BBs and I had to go to a 4mm bearing. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YKQN9TN?th=1 I remixed this nice work https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4317058 and added the X10 components and the holes/springs
If you have the X10 Bullet Collator and have not purchased one of the x10 conversion kits yet I would recommend you purchase the 45ACP kit and use the bullet collator insert for 9mm, 38 Special and 357 Mag (and of course the rifle calibers)
