Digitrax Throttle Holder (DT600, DT500, UT4)

Based on jtpeyton Digitrax Throttle Dimensions. I needed to change the bottom to allow access to the Loconet Cable port (because I use a tethered system),
and the lanyard attachment to fit in the holder for the Digitrax DT600 throttle.
It can also hold the last series of Digitrax throttles: the DT500 and UT4.
I do not have a UT600 to see if it fits.
I also used a 50% infill to increase the holder's strength.
For the versions with access to the charging port I used Digitrax's PS14 Power Supply for size.

I included the holder in four versions:

1. Tethered, the version I added access to the Loconet cable port.
2. Wireless, the version with the bottom fully intact.
3. Tethered (V1.2) with Charger Hole, this version I added access to the Loconet cable port and the Throttle's Charging Port.
   You can glue the charger's connector to the holder so you can slide the throttle without connecting it in by hand all the time.
4. Tethered (V1.2) with Charger Slot, this version I added access to the Loconet cable port and the Throttle's Charging Port so you can connect the Charger before putting the throttle into the holder.
   This version of the throttle holder will not work with older style of Digitrax throttles (mainly the DT500 and UT4 series).
