Honda Bonnet/Hood stay clip

I didn't want to pay £6 for a cheep clip that someone else broke on my car. so I spent many hours designing and printing this clip to replace it.

Many Hondas use this type of clip with part no.: 90672S5A003.

My car is a 2007 accord.

Printed with a 0.2mm nozzle in creality hyper PC using the default profile.

Printed with a 0.06mm layer height.

99 walls to make it solid.

Create a print pause at layer 62 or when you can see the pre placed support finish printing and before it starts the bridging layers (don't forget to hit the slice button again after setting a pause).

Use a marker pen or dry erase marker to prevent the support sticking to the print but still leave a clean bottom.
