Smooth design Cable shortener for hanging lamps. Parametric FreeCad

Sometimes your lamp needs to hang a bit higher. If cutting the cable is not the solution you're looking for this elegant shortener may be of help. In fact it makes a loop in the cable which is neatly covered up by a lid. The place wherethe cable comes in and where it goes out are exactly over one another so the cable will be perfectly straight.

The printfile included shortens the cable by about 30 cm, but if you need a different length you can change the freeCad file (or ask me to do it for you).
