Piper Arrow 3 Knobs and Levers for Honeycomb Bravo Throttle Quadrant.

Ever wanted to use realistically modelled PA-28 controls for your Honeycomb Bravo Throttle Quadrant? Or maybe you want well made controls with larger and more comfortable knobs than the stock GA ones? Perhaps you often fly in VR and find the stock controls too small to find when wearing the headset? These Bravo Throttle Quadrant modifications could solve all that and will work great for Flight Simulator 2020, X-Plane 11, FSX, etc.

I printed these in PLA, but you may want to experiment with other materials, such as PETG or ABS.

Post-Print

You will see the small tab at the base of the printed levers. This helps keep the lever in place when you attach it to the Bravo TQ. After the levers have been printed, you will also see a thin piece of connecting filament around these tabs. This was put in place for the printing process only, and can and should be cut with a sharp blade to allow the tabs to flex and lock onto the Bravo stumps.

The knobs should also be added to the correct levers, either pushed on by hand or ideally using a dab of super-glue in the grooves.

Usage

Just slip them into spare slots on your Bravo, the same as any of your stock levers. Then, remap the controls in-game to be used in their positions. The levers have been modelled to accurately fit over the stumps whilst reducing or eliminating any wobble. The retention tabs at he lever base help keep the levers in position. The levers are tight, but you should not need to force them on.
