CPL - Collapsible Pendant Light (Kinda Modular)

One of my friends needed a pendant light for his new home and I thought I can design and print one. It has to be easy to print without support. I took an inspiration from 70s like floor lamp but upside down.

It has 5 rings, inner one has a thread for adapter. Outer rings size is 31cm. So make sure your bed size can support. If you have one, you can go with single batch without support. Adapter also doesn't need one.

I used 15% infill with Gyroid. Less material more opacity. So If you want to see beautiful infill patterns I highly recommend to go with transparent filaments. Also great things about it you can print multiple rings with different color and be creative about it.

Suggestions

Adapter supports standard e27 lamp socket something like this so make sure socket diameter is less than 40mm diameter. Using led light bulb highly suggested because of low heat dissipation (the one I used is 7w).

Last but definitely not least, I used High Temperature Transparent and Black PETG from local manufacturer, especially for adapter part.
