Description
Upgrading your Ender 3 S1 or S1 Pro to MGN12H linear rails? You’ll likely run into clearance issues where the rail carriages collide with a raised section of the lower chassis beneath the Y-axis 20x40 extrusion. This spacer set solves that problem cleanly and efficiently.
This model includes two spacer plates — one for the middle and one for the front — designed to fit between the chassis and the 20x40mm Y-axis extrusion. By raising the extrusion slightly, these spacers create enough clearance for the MGN12H carriages to slide smoothly without interference.
Tested for fit and function — a must-have mod for a proper linear rail upgrade.
Theres 2 types, 4.5mm & 6.5mm thickness and additionally I’ve given you the STEP to adjust freely.
