Voron Trident bed fans - 60mm 6010 6015 6020 - Universal 2020 extrusion flush mount - Faux chamber heater

This mounts two 60mm fans to the center bed support of the Voron Trident.  It will mount them flush to the bottom in order to not take away any Z travel.  It could be used to flush mount any 60mm fan on a typical 2020 extrusion.

Two step files are included, one with a 3.2mm through hole for M3 bolts and another with a 5mm through hole for typical PC fan plastic screws.

The cannel in the center allow you to route the fan cables in a zig zag  so you can plug and play without shortening the cable. 

The 3MF file has the STLs already scaled and ready to go. The doubles are identical just rotated.

The logo and fan pattern was taken from the Voron rear exhaust housing cover, but it is so different I hesitate to post this as a remix. 

Update 1-

• shortened the center guide to fit more nut types.  Combined files into one step.
• I use the Ellis bed fan macro set to 10% on bed warm up and 30% max after warm up.  Chamber temps skyrocket to 62C.   They can go higher with insulation and gradual increase in RPM, but will require a more sophisticated macro like the Demon macro pack.  I am honestly scared to go any higher, the little trident is really cooking at 60C. 

Update 2-

• installed a second chamber temperature thermostat to use the macro in the official Voron documentation for chamber cooling. I set it to 55 degrees and now my little Trident does not cook itself.  This is honestly amazing!
