2023.06.28: adjusted eject/reset/open buttons to more easily fit in their spots and play better with their surroundings. Corrected fit for entire shell with controller ports, modified bottom shell to cleanly fit screw hole in front middle section.

2022.10.11: V6 has better measurements for the board mounting points and controller ports. Instead of screwing into plastic, this now has spots for metal M2 standoffs so standard M2 screws can be used to assemble the top and bottom halves of the shell.  Standoffs will need to be glued into their slots.  I've also added vents to the bottom of the shell to look closer to the original PS classic. Added models for the controller ports. Buttons will likely see refinement eventually

I did NOT scan the existing shell to make this - it has been influenced by looking at and caliper measuring the one I own.

This is meant to be a replacement shell, and should fit the existing board with M2 screws / female standoffs and existing heat sink.  Added a cutout to the back with a flap that SHOULD snap in, to replicate the serial port / gameshark section.  You may need to sand down the flap to fit it into the back port - otherwise you can leave that section open for any hardware mod that could use the space.  The normal PS classic shell uses M2.2 screws with a unique thread pitch, and are very hard to replace - for that reason, I've made this shell to use a standard screw size.  The sections where a peg align the board instead of screws could use a glued section of 1.75mm filament as peg if you want it (internal right side if controller ports are facing up.  

Please note that the controller ports are aligned slightly different from the original shell.  Port 1 is just a tad bit off center, so these may not fit exactly with the stock controller.

For reference, my final assembly used 3 or 4 m2x8mm screws with a rounded head (dywishkey) inside and 5 hex head 10mm length for the outer shell. 

I have not modeled a clear light pipe for the inside next to the power button.  You may be best served by sanding down a strand of crystal clear filament and gluing it to the inside of the shell.

Assembly components required:

• m2x8mm round head screws * 4 (board to inner shell)
• m2x10mm hex head screws * 5 (outer shell)
• m2x10mm female hex standoffs (inner top shell - use whatever length sits flush if you can't get all the supports out)
• strong glue for plastic to secure hex standoffs to inside of shell
