Description
this qtip dispenser works by rotating the outer top to the opening where you can grab a qtip
to close just turn the outer top piece untill the hole is covered.
there are 6 sections so if one ruins out you can turn the center pole, to move the next section into view to grab more qtips.
*i added a top that has a protrusion to stops the top at the full opening to grab a qtip and stops at the point of closing.
