Description
A simple Voron 2.4 bed frame mounted magnetic purge bucket for use with @IoannisGiannakas "(New Version!) Adjustable gantry mounted nozzle seal, parking and silicone nozzle brush / cleaner for Voron (2.4/Trident)".
The base mounts to the side of a bed frame extrusion with two M3x8 SHCS and T-nuts. The base and purge bucket have three locations to insert 6x3 mm magnets; I ended up just using two magnets (one in each center hole).
Print with standard Voron settings; no supports are needed.
IMPORTANT: The purge bucket will be 30 mm tall from the deck panel (10 mm taller than the 2020 bed frame extrusion). Make sure both the nozzle brush and toolhead will have sufficient clearance at their lowest positions.
