Description
I found that for the majority of purposes, a 1mm wall is thick enough for mini bases, printed in PLA. So I took BREXIT's excellent 2mm wall bases and just made them thinner. From the top, they look identical, but they use less material and are easier to drill through for pins, etc.
If you plan to do something a bit special involving thin coin cell batteries, you've more chance with these.
I may eventually gouge out some more of these and upload, but for now these are the sizes of base that interest me.
Nice results with the following settings but these are so simple and will likely tolerate all sorts of configurations.
Printer - Bambu A1 with 0.4mm nozzle
Layer height - 0.1mm (0.2mm initial layer)
Basic PLA settings.
