DUST OUTLET FOR JOINTER/PLANER TO 4" (100MM) PVC

This outlet provides a vastly improved pathway for chips and dust, as well as a larger net diameter for improved air flow.

Because of the size it needs to be printed in two halves and may take some care to fit the larger part in the build volume.   

I printed mine in PLA, and glued the two pieces with cyanoacrylate (superglue).  The gluing flanges are substantial and give a good surface area, and I have had no issues over more than a year in use.

I used 0.20 layer heights and a .40 nozzle, but I think there is a good case for experimenting with a larger nozzle in this application.
