Description

For operating and using a BIQU MicroProbe on the Qidi Q1 Pro, please click here for the modified printer.cfg and gcode_macro.cfg files along with instructions on how to wire and setup the MicroProbe with the printer.  Thanks to aeropic for this!

The original holder required an extra hardware, an M2.5x18.  Can also argue it required another hardware, a shorter M3 to hold the holder to the print head chassis.  Wasn't a big fan of this and wanted to re-use all original hardware and use the hardware that came with the the MicroProbe.
Only thing needed is a 1/8" drill bit or 3.2mm drill bit.  Put the sensor into the holder and drill right through and that's it.  Consult the picture with the drill bit in it to see what I'm talking about.  There's still room for the cooling fan too.

Printing instructions:

Print with AT LEAST ASA.

100% walls or 100% infill.  100% will help with the holder be stiff when heat starts to rise.  Plus, it's small so you're not saving much filament at 100%.

Print this very slow.  I set all my speeds at 25 to print this and it came out fine.  It's small so it'll still print fast at slow speeds.
