This is part of my new SCROG system MXG_2

“The Hook”

Features:

- Integrated rope tensioner
- Non-slip thanks to TPU inlay
- A reinforced "spine" prevents bending
- Open design, simply click the hook on
- Highly load-bearing (see pictures)
- Variants: 15, 16, and 22mm
- Made for 3mm elastic rope

Instructions:

Printing Settings:
Material: PETG
Layer height: 0.2mm, nozzle: 0.4mm
Body 1: 4(5for22mm) perimeters, 30% grid infill
Body 2: 5(6for22mm) perimeters
Inlay: TPU 100% infill

V1

1. Insert the TPU inlay.

2. Carefully bend open the barb with a small screwdriver and thread the elastic rope in from the back, then upwards and out, and back in, passing it sideways past the barb.

3. Press the elastic rope into the middle of the barb and pull everything taut.

V2 (optional)

1. Insert the TPU inlay.

2. Crimp a wire ferrule (6,0mm²) onto the end of the elastic rope.

3. Insert the crimped end from the back, guide it upwards and out, and insert the crimped end.

4. Pull taut, and you're done!

V3 (optional)

1. Use the hole for building your custom net ;)
